Patient Service Specialist – Allergy at Swedish Allergy & Immunology - Seattle

Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift

Location: First Hill area of Seattle, Washington

Job Description

Patient Service Specialists are responsible for the coordination of information and support needed for the flow of patients at our clinics. As a patient-facing caregiver, you’ll provide customer service, helping patients through processes like check-in, registration, billing/financial aid, and insurance. They work closely with clinical teams to assist with scheduling, clinic operations, and more.
