Job summary

Gundersen Health System is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to join our team and help deliver outstanding patient care. This role supports patient access, scheduling, and front-desk interactions with a compassionate, customer-focused approach.

Starting pay is $17.54 per hour with shift and weekend differentials, plus access to our Career Development Center and Tuition Investment Program, a strong retirement plan, and comprehensive benefits.
