The Patient Services Specialist serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The role includes greeting patients and visitors, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, verifying insurance, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive, smooth, and efficient patient experience. Key duties include reception, appointment coordination, referral, unit, and procedure/surgical coordination.
Front Office/Patient Services at one of our practice locations.
Roles available: Full‑time/Part‑time, Night and Weekend. Occasional overtime may be required to ensure tasks and/or projects are completed in a timely manner.
Reports to the Operations Manager/Director of Operations.
