Job summary

Bookmark Medical is hiring for a full-time clinic administrative role in Brockton, MA. You will greet patients, manage calls, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and maintain accurate EHR data to ensure smooth, patient-centered care.

The position supports a Monday–Friday schedule with typical office hours, weekends off, and a team-focused environment that values compassionate service and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• EHR proficiency (Athena or eCW preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and checking them in with warmth and professionalism.
• Managing incoming calls, messages, and patient inquiries.
• Scheduling appointments, referrals, follow ups, and co pays
• Assisting with insurance verification and prior authorizations
• Supporting clear communication between patients and providers
• Updating and maintaining accurate information in the EHR
• Helping keep the front desk organized, efficient, and patient ready

Schedule

This is a full-time, clinic-based position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
• 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break
• Clinics are closed on weekends — no Saturday or Sunday shifts
