Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: One year of experience in a related role.
• Some college with emphasis on business or healthcare is a plus.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Register patients into the clinic accurately, including demographic and insurance data.
• Schedule appointments over the phone, in person, and electronically.
• Collect co-pays and process past balances; assist with insurance and billing tasks.
• Greet patients, manage check-in, and support front-desk operations.
• Verify insurance eligibility and document data for medical records.
• Maintain orderly office processes and ensure attendance.
