Corewell Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our Grand Rapids team. You will engage in registration, concierge, and clerical tasks, supporting executives by coordinating yearly Executive Physicals.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant experience in insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support or other related fields.

Responsibilities

• Registration, concierge, and clerical services for patients.
• Schedule yearly Executive Physicals and arrange testing/consultations.
• Obtain insurance authorizations or verify prior authorization; assist with denials/appeals.
• EMR/EHR scanning, Right Fax faxing, and uploading to EPIC.
• Train new team members and participate in safety initiatives.
