Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of full-time clerical office experience, or equivalent combination including twelve months at Cler k II level or higher; or six months in Hospital Business Office at Clerk III level.

Responsibilities

• Answer students' inquiries by phone and in person; assess urgency and alert staff as needed.
• Schedule appointments in the electronic health record (EHR) system; manage incoming documentation to support the Student Health Clinic and Psychiatric & Counseling Services.
