Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fulfills patient care responsibilities by checking schedules and organizing patient flow.
• Verifies patient information and assists with insurance verification and pre-certifications.
• Collects patient history, demographics, and financial information for new and existing patients.
• Processes referrals and orders and updates the EMR with accurate data.
• Communicates effectively with patients, physicians, and staff to support timely care.
