Job summary

International Community Health Services (ICHS) in Seattle is seeking a Full Time Patient Services Representative - Dental to join our team. The role provides clerical support: reception, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and coordinating interpreters.

You will register patients, assist with insurance matters, sliding fee applications, pre-authorization requests, and processing records and referrals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience as a receptionist in a medical and/or dental office setting.

Responsibilities

• Reception and answering phones.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Arrange interpreters for services.
• Register patients and assist with insurance.
• Process sliding fee and pre-authorization applications.

Job Summary

The Patient Services Representative - Dental provides a variety of clerical and office support services including: reception, answering phones, scheduling appointments, arranging interpreters for services needed, registering patients, assisting with insurance, sliding fee, pre-authorization applications, processing request for records, referral, and other general office duties as assigned.

Education– High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience– One (1) year experience as a receptionist in a medical and/or dental office setting.
