University of Pittsburgh Physicians Department of Neurological Surgery is hiring a full-time Patient Services Representative to join their team in Oakland, PA! In this position you will work Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm supporting scheduling for multiple physicians at the UPMC Presbyterian Neurological Surgery clinic. The position will be responsible for scheduling follow up appointments, imaging appointments, and providing after visit summary and instructions to patients upon check-out.
We are seeking candidates with strong customer service experience, those with previous experience scheduling in a clinical environment, and who enjoy staying busy throughout their workday.
This is the largest Academic Neurological Surgery department in the country and is actively growing. Our team focuses on the patient experience with the highest level of service we can provide. We do not have evening hours, and the clinic is closed on weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
