Job summary

Corewell Health in Grand Rapids is seeking a full-time Patient Services Representative for the Butterworth campus to organize and direct day-to-day clerical functions in delivering quality health care services. You will lead a clerical team and ensure smooth front-desk operations during the evening shift.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and about 5 years of relevant experience; an Associate’s degree is preferred.

• Participates in safety initiatives and completes safety competencies timely
• Performs other duties as assigned
