Responsibilities

• Warm Welcome: Greet patients and visitors with a positive attitude.
• Patient and Business Documentation: Manage confidential documents.
• Insurance Verification: Verify eligibility and explain payment policies.
• Financial Responsibility: Collect and explain patient charges.
• Collaborative Support: Assist practice manager, providers, and staff.
• Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA standards.
• Administrative Duties: Perform office procedures and operate medical equipment.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure quality programs and track patient results.
• Travel Requirement: Travel to other Corewell Health Urgent Care locations as needed.
