UPMC Children's Community Pediatrics in Bellevue is hiring a Full-Time Patient Services Representative to support the front desk and help families navigate the visit experience.

You will greet patients, collect copays, assist with check-in, register Biometrics, promote the MyUPMC portal, schedule follow-ups, and connect families to services while upholding HIPAA and verifying insurance requirements.

Formación

• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Weekend availability required to support hours of operation.
• Ability to greet patients and collect copays and update information.
