Richmond Family Clinic in Richmond, MO is seeking a friendly Patient Services Representative to be the welcoming face of our practice. You will greet patients, check in, schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and enter demographics.

You will work closely with clinical staff to maintain smooth patient flow, use our practice management and EMR/EHR systems, and keep the front desk organized and HIPAA-compliant. High school diploma required; healthcare admin coursework is a plus.
