Job summary

Shady Grove Fertility in Katy, Texas is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to support patient accounts, scheduling, and customer service. You will work with a dedicated team to coordinate insurance and financial options while ensuring a smooth patient experience.

The role emphasizes HIPAA-compliant, accurate data handling, strong communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced medical office setting. This is a full-time, on-site position with regular weekday hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an administrative role; medical office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical software, terminology and procedures preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal financial and insurance information.
• Schedule appointments and optimize patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization.
• Address customer/patient issues and ensure effective short-term and long-term resolution.
• Provide timely feedback to the practice regarding service failures or patient concerns.
• Consult with patients regarding their benefits, coverage and financial options.
• Greet patients and visitors to the office and provide a high level of customer service.
• Occasional weekends and holidays required.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for aPatient Services Coordinatorto join our team atShady Grove Fertilityin Katy, Texas.

• Schedule:Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM; rotating weekends and holidays

In this role, thePatient Services Coordinatorwill:

Qualifications and Skills Include:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 2+ years previous experience in an administrative role; medical office experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical software, terminology and procedures preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA Regulations preferred
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to build and facilitate good working relationships with staff at all levels of organization
• Demonstrated ability with exercising sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
