US Fertility is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join the team at Shady Grove Fertility in Norfolk, VA. The role focuses on scheduling, patient accounts, and billing support, delivering exceptional service to patients and caregivers.

Qualified candidates bring at least 2 years of relevant experience, a High School diploma, and strong insurance/benefits knowledge. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a national network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of applicable work experience.
• High School diploma required.
• Extensive knowledge of insurance/benefits, medical terminology and medical billing.
• Experience working in an OB/GYN office is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, independent worker, detailed-oriented, computer savvy.
• High level of customer service essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal financial and insurance information.
• Optimize patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by assessing minimum patient needs and scheduling accordingly.
• Schedule appointments.
• Address customer/patient issues and insure effective short-term and long-term resolution.
• Provide timely feedback to the practice regarding service failures or patient concerns.
• Consult with patients regarding their benefits, coverage and financial options.
• Greet patients and visitors to the office and providing high level of customer service.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for an Patient Service Representative to join our team at Shady Gove Fertility in Norfolk, Virginia.

• Schedule: Monday though Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM with occasional weekends. Will float to our Virginia Beach office as needed.
• Compensation: $20 to $22 per hour (commensurate with experience)
