Job summary

McLaren Health Care in Michigan is seeking a clerical specialist to support the Mid-Michigan Professional Recovery Program. The role provides friendly, professional information to new clients, handles registration, posts charges, and processes related information.

You will assist therapists with activities to enhance the program and communicate effectively with adult and geriatric clients in a courteous, tactful manner. This full-time position offers standard daytime hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; related courses preferred.
• One year of related experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a courteous, tactful, poised manner.
• Familiar with using software packages including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Demonstrates judgment and understanding of adult & geriatric patient needs.

Responsibilities
