Job summary

Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello, ID, is seeking a day‑shift, full‑time Patient Services Representative (PSR) for the Urology Hopd Clinic. The role focuses on front‑line patient contact, clerical tasks, and basic clinical support within the Medical Practice Program.

The ideal candidate will have a High school diploma or GED, familiarity with filing and billing, and preferably hospital/clinic experience with medical terminology knowledge. BLS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of primary health care and patient care management to employees, patients, and clients of the Medical Practice Program.
• Provide general clerical and basic clinical assistance to all members of the Medical Practice team to ensure efficient, professional operation of the department.
