Job summary

Portneuf Medical Center, Inc. in Pocatello, ID is hiring a day-shift, full-time Specialized Family Patient Services Representative (PSR) to support the Medical Practice Program.

You will provide general clerical and basic clinical assistance to the team, helping deliver primary health care and manage patient interactions efficiently. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED; preferred are hospital/clinic experience, knowledge of medical terminology, and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• To assist in the delivery of primary health care and patient care management to the employees, patients, and clients of the Medical Practice Program.
• Responsible for providing general clerical and basic clinical assistance to all members of the Medical Practice team to ensure the efficient and professional operation of the department.
