Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in patient registration/healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between patients and physician practices.
• Greet patients, schedule appointments, and enter scheduling information accurately.
• Explain financial options to patients and collect payments when applicable.
• Assist with registration, eligibility, and insurance verification as needed.
• Support referrals, follow-up scheduling, and MyChart usage as required.
