Job summary

CorroHealth, Inc. is hiring for an access registration/healthcare billing support role in Kailua-Kona, HI. The position requires completing patient registration, verifying health plan coverage, and supporting eligibility and authorizations processes.

Strong communication and HIPAA compliance are essential. The role operates Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM HST with an hourly rate of $22.00–$24.00 and a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with hospital or physician front office registration preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and TCPA regulations helpful.

Responsibilities

• Exceed productivity standards as outlined by the business line.
• Complete patient registration post-triage by verifying health plan coverage.
• Document patient demographics and health plan information accurately.
• Support access registration, insurance verification and authorization functions.
• Follow up with physician offices or payers on eligibility and authorizations.
• Maintain quality scoring and accuracy on all accounts.
• Work independently and prioritize tasks to meet goals.
• Document actions and next steps clearly in patient accounting system.
