This role requires a High School Diploma or GED with strong customer service and communication skills. You may cover multiple physician practice locations as needed; a supportive team and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior Experience In Patient Registration/healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact between patients and physician practices.
• Schedules appointments, transcribes orders and explains financial options.
• Verifies demographics and insurance, collects payments and reconciles cash.
• Updates medical records accurately and ensures patient flow.
