Job summary

DBV Technologies seeks a Director, Patient Services Operations to design and run the patient services hub and related programs in preparation for launch and post-launch. You will own day-to-day hub operations, copay and PAP programs, and vendor relationships in a fast-moving, cross-functional setting.

The role requires 8+ years in biopharma with 5+ years in patient services or hub operations, plus strong program and vendor management skills. Location is Warren, NJ with 3 days on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD) a plus.
• 8+ years in biopharmaceuticals with 5+ years in patient services, hub operations, or specialty roles.
• Experience launching or operating patient support programs for specialty/pediatric products.
• Vendor management for hub services, copay programs, and PAPs with KPI oversight.
• Strong knowledge of US reimbursement (commercial/Medicaid/Medicare).
• Familiarity with HIPAA, OIG guidance, anti-kickback considerations.
• Experience with CRM, patient portals, and related tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and operation of the patient services hub and related programs.
• Oversee vendor performance, SLA/KPI, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, and training for internal and vendor teams.
• Manage launch readiness, go-live planning, system testing, and staffing models.
• Operate copay, PAP, and bridge programs with legal/compliance partnerships.
• Track budgets, forecast implications, and design refinements from data.
• Define KPIs and reporting; translate data into actionable leadership insights.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure compliant, integrated patient/provider experiences.
