Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma.
• Experience: Less than 1 year required; 1–2 years preferred.
• Experience with EPIC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective communication between staff, patients, and families to relay patient-related information timely.
• Manage paging system, phones, and IT help desk requests to maintain smooth unit operations.
• Inventory management and ordering of medical supplies.
• Maintain accurate medical records by entering data, preparing charts, and processing service orders.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and promote professional development through continuous learning and accountability.
