Colorado Springs Cardiology is seeking a Patient Services Supervisor to lead the PSR team, manage scheduling and timecards, and coordinate front‑office workflows in a busy cardiology practice.

You will oversee onboarding, training, and performance feedback, ensuring HIPAA compliance and high levels of patient service. This is a full‑time, non‑clinical role based in Colorado Springs, Monday through Friday.

Formación

• 3-5 years in a medical office, admissions, or scheduling role.
• Experience with EMR systems, including EPIC.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead or coordinate work in a team.
• Ability to travel between practice sites as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare admin education a plus.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead PSR duties and oversee PSR team operations.
• Manage staff scheduling, timecards, and payroll deadlines.
• Coordinate front‑office workflows and patient flow.
• Escalate patient concerns and ensure service recovery.
• Provide ongoing training and development for PSR staff.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality.
