Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Patient Services Worker Lead to oversee patient diet orders in hospital and long-term care settings. You will liaison between patients, Food and Nutrition Services, and Nursing, while training other workers to ensure quality service.

You will deliver trays, nourishments, and communicate dietary needs, maintaining sanitation and sanitation logs, and assisting clinical staff to meet patients’ nutrition care needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Patient Services Worker required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must speak/read/write English; bilingual a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect patient trays during meals.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks per orders.
• Visit patients to promote Food and Nutrition Services.
• Communicate patient food needs to the department.
• Maintain sanitation standards and follow cleaning schedules.
• Train and support other Patient Services Workers.
• Inventory and restock pantries and refrigerators.
• Maintain temperature logs for unit refrigerators and freezers.
