Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Patient Services Worker to support hospital and long-term care dining operations. You will deliver patient trays, collect nourishments, and serve as a liaison between patients and the Food and Nutrition Services Department, ensuring orders and diet plans are followed.

You will communicate patient preferences, maintain sanitation standards, and assist clinical staff in meeting basic nutrition needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Bilingual abilities preferred, but not required.
• May require use of PPE and ability to lift, stand, and be on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and collects patient trays during meal service and provides nourishments as ordered.
• Interacts with patients to confirm service needs and relays information to the Food and Nutrition Services Department.
• Maintains sanitation standards and follows cleaning schedules; assists with inventory and restocking of units.
• Keeps temperature logs for unit refrigeration and supports clinical staff in meeting basic nutrition needs.
