Position Overview

We are hiring immediately for full‑time PATIENT SERVICES LEAD positions.

• Address: Saint Vincent Anderson - 2015 Jackson Street, Anderson, IN 46016. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, rotating weekends.
• Prior food service and supervisory experience is preferred.
• Pay Range: $17.50–$19.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Patient Services Leads coordinate patient meal service and special requests for the Patient Dining Program, ensuring smooth operation and a high‑quality patient experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee systems and processes to achieve program objectives.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates, guiding them in menu selections, meal assembly, and delivery.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team to provide menu options for patients with allergies, sensitivities, or preferences.
• Engage nursing staff to review meal selections, delivery, and retrieval processes daily.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and communicate concerns following department procedures.
• Assist dietitians with monitoring patients on restricted diets.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA policies.
• Adhere to regulatory standards (federal, state, JCAHO).
• Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
• Complete required reports per Morrison Healthcare policies.
• Conduct daily associate team meetings per GR8 Start Meeting guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
