Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in healthcare-related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in healthcare customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication.
• Skills: Proficiency in EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and healthcare scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Patient Services Representatives in daily operations.
• Monitor KPIs such as service levels, call quality, and patient satisfaction.
• Conduct team huddles, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Assist in onboarding and continuing education of staff.
• Liaise with Intake, Clinical, Billing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, CMS, and other healthcare regulations.
