Qualifications

• Requires a four-year bachelor's degree or clinical studies background.
• Minimum five years of progressively related responsibility, including at least three years at a supervisory level.
• Strong client management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client operational meetings and field client questions; interpret client needs and develop action plans.
• Manage and mentor a management team; monitor performance and provide coaching and development.
• Oversee program budgets and invoicing; partner with leadership on financial metrics and goals.
• Ensure quality and compliance with policies; address audit findings and corrective actions.
• Collaborate across groups (IT, PMO, NBD) on program projects and new service lines.
