Job summary

Cranial Technologies in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a Baby Imaging Specialist (hourly, full-time) to deliver excellent patient service and perform 360° imaging with the DSi system. You will join a patient-centered team in a pediatric cranial care environment, with training and a clear path to advancement through a levels program.

Ideal candidates are energetic, quick learners who can juggle multiple duties while prioritizing the patient experience. Local candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all patients.
• Capture a three-dimensional, 360° image for each baby using the DSi system.
• Calibrate, operate and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment (DSi system).
• Schedule new patient and follow-up appointments into Intergy.
• Enter and process patient information in Intergy.
• Medical office duties including answering phones, cleaning rooms and rooming patients.

We are currently looking for an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, IN!

This position is an excellent launchpad for enthusiastic go-getters looking to build real transferable skills in customer service, clinic operations, patient care, and healthcare technology. Many of our most successful Baby Imaging Specialists came from childcare (daycare, nanny), education (teacher, preschool aide), and high-end retail backgrounds.

How you make an impact:

• Provide outstanding customer service to all of our patients
• Work as a team to complete a three dimensional, 360° image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®)
• Point person to calibrate, operate and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment (DSi® system)
• Schedule new patient and follow-up appointments into Intergy (Practice Management Software)
• Obtain, enter and process patient information in Intergy
• Medical office duties to include answering phones, clean patient rooms and room patients

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to squat and bend
• Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs
• Must be able to position and handle patient to ensure DSi® images are captured
• Must be able move at a fast pace
