Cranial Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Baby Imaging Specialist in Indianapolis, IN. You will support families with compassionate service while capturing high‑quality 3D images of infants using the DSi imaging system.

The role emphasizes quick learning, multitasking, and safe patient handling, with opportunities to advance through a levels program based on performance and tenure.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients.
• Create a 360° image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®).
• Calibrate, operate and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment (DSi®).
• Schedule new and follow‑up appointments into Intergy.
• Enter and manage patient information in Intergy.
• Support general medical office duties including phones and rooming patients.

We are currently looking for an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, IN!

This position is an excellent launchpad for enthusiastic go-getters looking to build real transferable skills in customer service, clinic operations, patient care, and healthcare technology. Many of our most successful Baby Imaging Specialists came from childcare (daycare, nanny), education (teacher, preschool aide), and high-end retail backgrounds.

How you make an impact:

• Provide outstanding customer service to all of our patients
• Work as a team to complete a three dimensional, 360° image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®)
• Point person to calibrate, operate and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment (DSi® system)
• Schedule new patient and follow-up appointments into Intergy (Practice Management Software)
• Obtain, enter and process patient information in Intergy
• Medical office duties to include answering phones, clean patient rooms and room patients

• Capability to juggle many duties while keeping the patient experience the top priority
• Experience in one of the following; caring for or working with infants/children, high-end retail customer service, teaching, medical imaging

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to squat and bend
• Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs
• Must be able to position and handle patient to ensure DSi® images are captured
• Must be able move at a fast pace
