Job summary

Cranial Technologies is seeking a Baby Imaging Specialist to join our Norfolk, VA team. You will provide outstanding care to families, perform 360° imaging with our Digital Surface Imaging system, and help ensure smooth clinic operations.

You’ll be trained on Cranial Technologies specifics and will join a patient-first environment that supports growth and comprehensive imaging workflows in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic personality is a MUST.
• Ability to learn new things quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to juggle many duties while keeping patient experience as top priority.
• Experience caring for or working with infants/children, retail, teaching, or childcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all patients.
• Capture 3D images for each baby using the DSi system.
• Calibrate and operate imaging equipment to ensure quality images.
• Schedule new patients and follow-ups in Intergy.
• Enter patient information into Intergy and perform basic medical office duties.

We are currently looking for an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist to join our team in Norfolk, VA!

We’ll train you on the things unique to Cranial Technologies if you bring your problem-solving skills and “can do” attitude.

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, loves providing outstanding customer service, is tech savvy, and most importantly, loves babies! Several of our successful Baby Imaging Specialists have come from childcare environments (i.e., daycare, nanny, etc.), educational backgrounds (i.e., teacher, preschool, etc.), and high-end retail settings.

We will train you on the things unique to Cranial Technologies if you bring your problem-solving skills and “can do” attitude.

How you make an impact:

• Provide outstanding customer service to all of our patients
• Work as a team to complete a three dimensional, 360° image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi ® )
• Point person to calibrate, operate and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment (DSi ® system)
• Schedule new patient and follow-up appointments into Intergy (Practice Management Software)
• Obtain, enter and process patient information in Intergy
• Medical office duties to include answering phones, clean patient rooms and room patients

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to squat and bend
• Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs
• Must be able to position and handle patient to ensure DSi® images are captured
• Must be able move at a fast pace

• Position starts at $17.50 - $18.00 an hour with the opportunity to increase pay in 3-6 months as part of a levels program that is based on performance and tenure!
