You will greet patients, collect co-pays, verify insurance details, answer calls, and schedule appointments while supporting a team across multiple locations.

Location: Floating between all our locations. Schedule: Weekend Schedule varies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic preferred.
• Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
• Strong computer keyboarding skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and their families.
• Collect co-pays and obtain and complete insurance information.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
