Qualifications

• Previous health care setting experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain BLS Certification within 90 days and maintain while in position.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct inquiries as appropriate.
• Register patients and collect demographics and referrals.
• Process referrals from physician offices and manage referral tracking.
• Perform insurance verification to meet authorization requirements.
• Schedule therapy evaluations and visits per guidelines.
• Complete registration, explain policies, and assist with patient paperwork.
• Collect payments and charges at time of service.
• Maintain therapists’ schedules for efficient appointment timing.
