Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous medical office receptionist experience preferred.
• BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

• The Clinic – Receptionist serves as telephone operator, greets patients, and collects co-pays/deductibles as per policy.
• Schedules and reschedules patients’ appointments per established protocols by provider.
• Serves as a primary customer service representative for the clinic and completes other duties as assigned.
