Job summary

Dallas Medical Physician Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a friendly Clinic Receptionist to join our team. You will greet patients, operate the phone, collect paperwork, and ensure smooth front-desk operations in a busy medical office.

Responsibilities include welcoming patients, handling co-pays, scheduling appointments, and serving as a primary point of contact for the clinic. Prior medical office experience and BLS certification are preferred and encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous medical office receptionist experience preferred.
• BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

• The Clinic – Receptionist serves as telephone operator, greets patients, and ensures necessary paperwork is completed.
• Collects co-pays/deductibles as per company policy, schedules and reschedules patients’ appointments per provider protocols, and acts as the primary customer service representative for the clinic.
• Completes other duties and special projects as assigned or requested.
