Job summary

The role requires 1+ years of healthcare or customer service experience, strong digital literacy, accurate data entry, and a willingness to participate in Epic training. At least 30 hours per week are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven data entry accuracy and proficiency with Windows-based software.
• Strong patient service orientation and social skills.
• Willingness to complete Epic training program.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to healthcare providers in a fast-paced ambulatory setting; act as the primary interface between patients and medical team.

• Acquire referrals and pre-certifications as needed.
• Register and update demographic, PCP, and insurance information.
