Overlake is seeking a full-time Patient Services Representative for the Endocrinology Clinic on our Bellevue campus. You will handle patient registration, scheduling appointments, answer phones, assist with prior authorizations, and coordinate care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

The role requires excellent customer service, experience with EMR systems (EPIC preferred), and teamwork with clinic staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of clerical experience in a medical facility preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and schedule appointments.
