Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or patient service experience.
• Very strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Data entry experience (Excel).
• Experienced talking to clients and patients on the phone and via email.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (including ICD-10).
• CPT coding experience.
• Healthcare, dentistry, medical industry experience.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient registration and insurance verification.
