Responsibilities

Serve as a Participant Advocate, assisting members with benefits, eligibility, claims, enrollment, and other healthcare plan inquiries.
Research and resolve participant concerns while providing compassionate, professional customer service.
Collaborate with internal teams, providers, vendors, unions, and employers to support participants and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate documentation and assist with enrollment, disability, and other participant-related processes.
