Job summary

USA Clinics Group seeks a Medical Receptionist to balance patient needs and maintain efficient office workflow while supporting physicians before, during, and after procedures. Ensure an exceptional service experience for every patient.

Location: Stony Brook and Bethpage; Schedule: Monday–Saturday, full-time; Compensation: $19–$21 per hour based on experience; Language: bilingual Spanish/English preferred; Paid training: 2–4 weeks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a high-volume customer-facing role.
• Receptionist, front-desk, administrative, or customer service experience.
• Experience with scheduling, records management, data entry, insurance verification, or billing support is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative software.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, escort to examination rooms, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Verify insurance information and support billing-related processes.
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and EMR/EHR systems.
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Prepare patients and procedure rooms, assist with room turnover, and provide post-procedure instructions.
• Support bilingual patient communication when applicable.
