Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries in person and by phone.
• Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and necessary documentation.
• Support clinic culture and ensure patient needs are met during therapy transitions.
• Maintain patient records and keep front office neat and organized.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Assist in front office tasks during downtime including phone calls, scanning, scheduling, and payments.
• Liaise between patients, staff, and departments; address questions clearly.
