Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service, Telephone, and Communication skills.
• 1-2 years of Physical Therapy Office experience preferred
• Experience with patient scheduling & EMR Systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in person and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments and help ensure each visit runs smoothly.
• Maintain accurate records and protect patient confidentiality.
• Support clinic operations by following established procedures.
