Qualifications

• Front desk or reception experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and a welcoming experience
• Verify referrals and authorizations and confirm exam preparation
• Collect co-pays and manage patient records and accounts
• Schedule appointments and walk-ins with valid doctor's orders
• Provide clear communication and support throughout the patient visit
