SynergenX Health in Greenwood, IN is seeking a friendly Patient Services Coordinator Floater to welcome patients, check in, answer phones, and support the clinic team in a fast-paced environment.

No extensive healthcare experience is required; we provide two weeks of paid training, plus benefits and opportunities to grow in healthcare.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or healthcare/administrative experience is a plus.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Available to work 2–3 Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with a friendly attitude and check them in.
• Schedule appointments and answer phones.
• Discuss insurance, billing, and account balances with patients.
• Update patient and insurance information accurately.
• Provide administrative support to providers and staff.

At SynergenX, we believe a great patient experience starts with a great team. We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing, dependable Patient Services Coordinator Float who enjoys connecting with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and jumping in wherever needed.

You don’t need years of healthcare experience to be successful here. We can teach the processes — we’re looking for the personality, attitude, and people skills.

We provide two weeks of paid training and give you the tools to grow your career in healthcare.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients with a friendly, positive attitude
• Check patients in and assist with rooming
• Schedule appointments and answer phones
• Answer patient questions and help resolve concernsDiscuss insurance, billing, payments, and account balances
• Update patient and insurance information accurately
• Respond to calls, emails, texts, and faxes
• Collect and process patient payments
• Support providers and clinic staff with administrative needs
• Keep the front desk, waiting area, and clinic organized and welcoming
• Help with inventory and supplies
• Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA and company policies
• Jump in and support your teammates wherever needed

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service, healthcare, medical office, or administrative experience is a plus, not required
• Basic computer skills
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check
• Must be available to work 2–3 Saturdays per month

Clinic Hours

Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Saturday availability is required approximately 2–3 Saturdays per month.
