Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• Strong multitasking and communication abilities.
• Experience providing exceptional customer service.
• Medical terminology knowledge; radiology office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Obtain or verify insurance and patient information; collect signatures and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Collect and log all co-pays and fees.
• Answer and transfer incoming calls.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments and notify staff of changes.
• Orient patients to preparatory and safety protocols and provide facility directions.
• Coordinate with back-office staff to ensure timely patient care.
• Safeguard patient Health Information and property according to policy.
• Safeguard on-site medications per company policies and legal requirements.
• Interact professionally with patients and staff, respecting boundaries and sensitivities.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
