About the role

The Patient Services Associate (PSA) supports the clinical team by providing clerical and patient care assistance under supervision. Responsibilities include processing supplies, assisting with blood culture processing, glucometer checks, and acting as a preceptor for new technicians. The role emphasizes teamwork, confidentiality, safety, and adherence to hospital policies.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of healthcare or service experience
