Job summary

SNELLING is recruiting a Patient Services Representative in the Tyler area for a full-time, in-person role. The position is temp-to-hire, with Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–4:45 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM, depending on clinic needs.

You will greet patients, manage visits, maintain provider calendars, and assist with referrals and PHQ-9/PAM questionnaires. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year clinic or medical office experience, plus knowledge of HIPAA/OSHA and EHR

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in a clinic, medical office, or hospital preferred.
• Knowledge of EHR systems, medical terminology, HIPAA/OSHA compliance, and office equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and manage the flow of visits from check-in to exit.
• Maintain provider calendars and route calls to the correct person; schedule follow-ups and referrals.
• Prepare daily patient questionnaires and handle end-of-day closeout procedures.
