• Respond to calls and inquiries with accuracy, following quality standards and PMG initiatives.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and practitioners, acting as advocate when needed.
• Document processes and contribute to improvements using available manuals and databases.
• Record all interactions in appropriate systems and support training and reporting.
